I had an upstairs one bedroom, den, and two baths from 2003 until 2004. The location was good with a nice city view. The bedroom was cold during the Winter and hot in the Summer, probably due to lack of insulation. Thus utilities were high. The maintenance people were excellent and so were the office staff. Unfortunately, the owners of the complex appeared reactive in fixing or updating. It was not uncommon to see shingles flying-off the roof during wind storms. The apartment overlooked covered parking which could be noisy at times with residents honking their horns with their remote keys when coming or going. Also, the proximity to a hilly street made rush hours noisy, especially diesel trucks going up the hill. Washer and dryer in the apartment was a plus. Overall, a large apartment for the price, great location, but in need of renovation.
