These other people are wrong bashing the new owner/management. It is much improved vs. the old owner/management which fixed nothing. Since they have come, my unit has gotten a new A/C, furnace, water heater and washer & dryer. The building I am in has gotten a new roof and a new deck. NOTE: My gas/electric bill from Sierra pacific has been cut in half. Plus they allow pets now, so I was able to get my dog back from my family. What are they talking about' Maybe they skipped out on rent and are sore losers...LOL

1. Well, it's nice that this individual got the improvements for their apartment. 2. The new policy that allows pets will certainly deter many renters who like peace and quiet. Now barking dogs will permeate the surroundings. 3. It's kind of rediculous accusig those of complaining that they skipped out on rent payments. It smacks that this review was written by a 'relative' of the management or owners.
