Are you kidding me' The last two reviews were either submitted by the ACTUAL management, or friends of them! This place is VERY poorly managed,for the longest time there was only one maintainace person to service the hundred plus appartments.So, if you were in nedd of some assistance with your place it probibly would take 15 days before you heard a knock on the front door(that has no weather stripping).The new maintainace man they hired looks strieght out of jail and decided to make his own golf cart path on the grass instead of using the logical route of the sidewalk. So now there two pretty light brown stripes in the lawn. The windows are close to 35 years old and do not insulate what so ever, so if you like to pay an arm and a leg to survive in the winter months, this place is for you! The walls seeped a mysterious yellow sustance, which was quite disgusting!Also if you have a chance to look at the ""tennis courts" do so. It looks as if the last tennis match played there was in the mid 80s.Im not a tennis buff, but cement tennis courts arnt supposed to have grass growing out of the hundreds of cracks on the surface.On top of all the negative things that occur at Lakeside Village, they raised the rent'Seiously'This place is a joke. So, if your looking to move into an old,non insulated, POORLY managed place.....IM SURE THERES PLENTY OF APPARTMENTS AVAILABLE!!!(everyone is moving out)

I am sure they are not sorry to see you go. Having to deal with complaints regarding issues they inherited. They are doing a great job for what they were given.
