The new management came in and made a lot of promises. So far, Nada. Still no weather stripping, still cold in the winter when the wind whistles in around the doors and the window frames. A new furnace was installed with a programmable thermostat but we're still contending with terrible insulation so it doesn't really help. My kitchen floor is cracked and patched, my counters have a huge crack in them, the gas fireplace had to be turned off because the pilot light leaded and used so much gas. There are stains on the walls and ceilings from old leaks. The tennis courts are a joke, the tiny gym is freezing in the winter. The old management at least managed to plow the driveways when it snowed but this group just wait for it to thaw. There is no guest parking. We live here because moving is a nightmare I just can't face and they haven't raised our rent too much yet.

Moved to Mexico because the place was just getting worse and worse with no indication that it would ever get better. It is old, cheaply built and not attractive enough to renovate. Much happier here.

There has never been guest parking. Old stains on the walls call the office. The squeaky wheel gets the grease.

I've made so many repair requests. When I enquire about them they are always "lost" so I make a new request and the same thing happens. We're leaving.

It is ILLEGAL for them to require for a 60 day notice to move, my lease was up and I put in a 30 day notice but they illegally charged me for an extra month, even though I did not live there. I should take them to court - the office bully needs to learn a lesson about fair housing laws. Before that I had to pay the fee or they threatened to sent me to a collection company. I HATED living here. $300 a month electric bill! No guest parking OR Tennis Courts. Repairs are made by EX-CON looking workers. You better not pay your rent late, or else they slam you hard with late fees, even if it is 1 day late it is $75.00. and $5.00 per day. Oh wait! They do have cookies they offer, but you better take only 1 and get there before 10 am.
