And I really love it.
My apartment is huge for the same price I paid for my previous shoebox.
I have tons of amenities...
the washer/dryer, indoor and outdoor pool, weight room, clubhouse...
It's all great.
The office staff is great, and soo friendly.
I can call most of them and just say my name and they know who I am.
My daughter begs to go over there for a cookie almost daily, just to hang out.
My only dislike of the whole apartment is my old windows.
They make for some cold winters, but can easily be fixed by weatherproofing the apartment.
If I didn't want a backyard, I'd stay here awhile :)

Oh come on, they promise you a newly remodeled one and then stick you in an old one, they tell you that they are going to be fixing the tennis courts yeah right. Ask a question and they will refer it to another person that isn't there and then never answer it. The apartments are old, there are no such thing as insulation here, the floors in the kitchen feel like they are going to cave in at any moment. They replace the broken down washers and dryers with more broken down ones.I am still trying to find something good about living here. Oh wait if you like taking your trash out to a filthy ghetto looking area then you are at the right place. They had security when I moved in but now it is drive through what a joke. If you like these kinds of places then you can call this home, I am just glad that I got out when I did.

Actually, I live in a remodeled one, and I have never lived in an apartment where I don't hear my feet on a crickity floor upstairs until now. My washer and dryer work perfectly fine. Tennis courts? Spoiled much? Indoor and outdoor pools aren't good enough for you? And I never knew a trash area to be glamorous..
Glad you moved, we don't need your negativity as a neighbor.

The pool is so sad. Drunks have taken over it every evening they are out there getting drunk and yelling as loud as possible and then they take it to the hot tub and using their drinking funnel they get really wild. The sad part is their children are watching these guys, and the girls they bring with them are true skanks. Six more months on my lease and I am out of here, it has went to the dogs!
