I have lived here for almost three years and it is time to leave. I have never seen the pool so filthy and green as I have this summer. I asked the office staff why this is so I get the same answer "Because of the weather and alot of people" Wow unbelievable.It appears since we have gotten a new manager a few months ago the complex has become alot more unkept such as shrubs not being pruned parking lot in poor shape even cutting back on the upkeep of pool is very obvious. Also take note they do disclose that you the tenant must pay water & disposal until after you sign the lease.Take a good walk around and take a look at the condition of the buildings not just the buildings that you can view from the street. A good indicator is the rusted stairways and worn roofs take a look at the clubhouse roof that should tell you right there. Alot more Rif-Raf have been moving in since we have gotten a new manager.
