New management is horrid. It takes several visits/calls to get anything done. Maintenance requests take FOREVER. I waited 3 WEEKS for an air filter... and the only reason it was changed is because I hounded the office people.

Rents were dropped from $550 for a studio to $480, bringing in all the trashy people and gang bangers. You get one assigned parking space, but forget about any guest parking.

All the "families" that live here have a ton of people in one apartment, and everyone of them has a vehicle. So.... they park in the guest parking and your ---- out of luck if you have anyone coming over to visit. Most of the time, they end up having to park on the street. That's where all the windows get busted out, by the way.

There is graffiti all over the place. The benches by the BBQ's are constantly covered in gang crap. Kids throw garbage all over the property, and it isn't always picked up. The garbage cans in the common areas are constantly over-flowing. Kids write on the sidewalks with crayons. Or, if they aren't busy doing that, they are hanging from the trees like monkeys. Busting branches off.

The laundry fee was just raised from $1.00 per wash/dry to $1.50. This was supposedly done to fix all the screwed up machines in the laundry room. Well, it is still the same, nothing is fixed and it is a guessing game as to which ones work and which do not. Do NOT leave your laundry unattended, someone will be along shortly to come and steal it. Empty bottles of "Suavitel" and whatever the other crap is called litter the floor or overfill the trash cans in the laundry room. People are constantly overflowing washers onto the floor. During the warmer months, kids yelling cuss words in spanish can be seen jumping out the windows of the laundry room, or throwing stuff from them.

The pool during the summer is an absolute cluster.... I am not sure of the capacity, but there always seems to be WAY more people in there than what the law allows. Kids throwing the chairs into the pool is quite common. Screaming...screaming.....and more screaming is all that can be heard till nightfall. Again, kids are constantly yelling out cuss words in spanish. Management doesn't do a damn thing about it. Forget about keeping your patio door open to get some fresh air....unless you want to hear all the noise from the pool.

Packs of wanna-be underage thugs roam around the property. This is in addition to the other packs of spanish speaking gang bangers that roam the property or use it to pass through. It is a pretty commonplace to hear them outside, cussing and yelling at each other till the wee hours of the night. Again, management does nothing. We DO have a "security company" that patrol, but they are pretty useless. Every time one calls, they either blow you off or tell you to call the Reno police.

The areas around the garbage bins are forever overflowing with couches, old televisions, chairs, dressers, or appliances. It takes the complex FOREVER to get rid of all this crap. And as soon as they do, people dump more crap out there.

If you walk around during the warmer days, all you hear is ear-piercing god awful spanish circus music coming from random apartments. I honestly don't think that anyone here speaks any English.

Pet policy is no animals above 25 pounds. Strangely, that seems to be un-enforced as there are multiple pit bulls on the property. When I told the manager, she said "Oh, they must have got here before I did". GREAT way to take care of things, management...

The walls/floors are thin.....so you hear everyones noise. The fridge in the studios SUCK. They have a "mini" freezer inside them, which is constantly in need of defrosting and will hold a couple of Otter Pops, if you are lucky. There is more drafts in all of the Vietnam War.

I could go on for quite a while, but you all get the idea. Don't live here unless you like the spanish ghetto.
