Rarely hear the neighbors unless a door is slammed or someone shouts in the breezeway. Staff is friendly and the pool is lovely. Security patrol at night and lit parking spaces increase security. Parties for residents from time to time are a nice touch. Some carports collapsed during the bad storm in winter 2004-2005, but so did carports all over Reno. Staff attempted to get people to move their cars. Nice walking trails in the hills behind the complex; close to the library and children's play park up the road (walking distance). Bus service in front of library down the road. Pets allowed, pet rent required. Overall a nice place.
