I am a resident here. The Layout is nice and they repair things quite quickly. They have had some problems with the carports falling and parking can be an issue. The windows leak air and water pretty bad with the storms we have had. Be prepared to weather seal windows and doors to keep the heating bill down. Other than that, the place is in a good community with good neighbors. oh...and the walls are kinda thin.
