Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2006
My roommate have lived here for almost five years.
Four years later and two stoves, we have a stove that finally works.
The windows leak something awful.
We have water stains under every window and in spots in the ceiling.
Don't live downstairs; you'll hear every noise your neighbor makes.
Honestly, they always put people with dogs above us and it sounds like they are play raquet ball...all hours of the night! Parking has been a nightmare and that's beyond the carports taking over a year to replace!! Someone parked in our spot and it took the office well over a week of doddling before the person moved on their own accord.
We parked in a spot not clearly marked and threats of being towed were immediately given.
When we first moved in the office staff was AMAZING! The transition to current staff has been icy in reception at best.
Grounds are not kept up.
Weeds are taller than I am throughout the complex.
Paint is peeling from the trim.
Need I say more'
