I was here for a very short time. When we first arrived here on the day we had scheduled to move in with the apartment managers, no one was in the office to receive us. It took 2 hours to get in touch with someone who could give us our keys and show us to our apartment. The walls are not thin but the ceiling and floors leave much to be desired. The upstairs neighbors woke us up on more than ten occasions with their stomping.

There is only one parking space for the apartment, so if you have two cars, plan on gambling whether or not you will be able to find one of the few guest parking spaces for your other vehicle. Staff consists of two people that are never in the office when you call. When you do get in touch with them, one is unable to speak English clearly. Though they seem to empathize with our complaints about the noise, still nothing was done about it. They even came to our apartment when the upstairs neighbor was building something on his balcony and inside his apartment using what sounded like a rotary sander. After hearing the noise, and claiming that the noise was excessive, the managers still did nothing to correct the situation.

On a better note the apartments are spacious and well planned. The maintenance guy is a genius and is prompt and courteous. Our maintenance complaints were always taken care of the day of the complaint and was fixed correctly. Our apartment came furnished with a washer/dryer combo and a dishwasher. Upon arrival, the apartment was clean and welcoming.

I would not recommend these apartments unless you expect to be brushed off and have a top floor apartment.
