We moved in to the Manzanita Gate complex about seven months ago. We were welcomed by warm, friendly staff and immediately felt at home. We were able to pick the location of our apartment and the floor with ease.

We have had very few maintenance issues and when we have the problem has always been fixed in a timely manner.

Parking has been great. We have our own covered spot as well as plenty of guest parking. The complex also offers garages for a minimal monthly rent.

We have two pets and are really quite happy with the way they were received as well. I never notice feces lying around from other people s pets and we make sure to pick up after our own pets immediately.

We are very happy and plan to stay!
