I have lived in apartments in different cities in California since 1996, and moved to Reno four months ago and live at Manzanita Gate. I am amazed at how professional, friendly, and responsive the management team is - Bea, Andreas, and Kathy. The maintenance staff is very responsive, knowledgeable, and come to the apartment within one day of a work order. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. I have not had any problems with noise from neighbors - it's one of the quietest places I have lived, and this is a very large complex. The pool is very fun in the summer - always clean, never too crowded. The fitness room has more equipment than I have seen in a typical apartment fitness room, and all the equipment is working. This is a very safe area of Reno, and the view of the mountains and valley from the complex is beautiful. Compared to California rental rates, these apartments are astoundingly affordable, and having a full-size washer and dryer in the units is a huge plus. I recommend Manzanita Gate 100 percent.
