Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
duing 100 degree weather it took 3 weeks for them to fix my airconditioning..saying well its hot outside your apartment isn't going to get too cool thats after I told them that with the air on over 6 hours it was still 93 degrees in my apartment
