Make sure your roof doesn't leak!

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
I had problems with my roof leaking when it rained. It turns out it was the balcony above me that was allowing the water in. Make sure they got all of those fixed if you're moving into a first floor apartment. And don't expect much from the staff. They're not very accomodating or friendly--in fact, they are , at times, very rude!
