This place is HORRIBLE. A few of the people in the leasing office are nice, but others are RUDE. They lied to me before I moved in (I came from Colorado and didnt have a chance to see it first) and said it was only 20 years old. This place is more like 35 years old. Maintenence staff took 3 weeks to come and fix the closet door, only to leave a note saying it wasnt broken even though it doesnt move in the track. They lied to me about the lease, they said it was for 9 months but it actually is for 10 (I guess I shouldve read it more carefully). The grounds look like crap. If this is nice compared to before, I cant imagine what before looked like. My 30 year old stove exploded and was on fire but instead of replacing the stove thats older than me, they just put a new burner on it and said its fine. A pot of boiling water went all over the kitchen- I couldve been seriously injured. The exploding coil burned a hole straight through my heavy iron pot. Do they care' No- they leave me an old stove anyway. The windows are so old your electricity and gas bill will be twice what it would somewhere else. The air conditioner is twice as old as me and it doesnt cool the room. I have to stand in front of it to enjoy cold air. If you have more than one car you can forget about parking here. Its noisy all the time (partly because of the ancient windows). My bathroom was disgusting when I moved in. Cars get broken into in their designated spots.

Dont move here. DO NOT MOVE HERE! IF YOU DONT BELIEVE ME, AT LEAST DONT SIGN A LEASE! I cant wait to get out of this --------.
