MOLD! MOLD! MOLD! BAD MAINTENANCE, LEAKY ROOFS, CEILING & WALLS WITH WATER DAMAGE THEY WILL ONLY COVER WITH A NEW COAT OF PAINT THEN TAKE YOUR DEPOSIT AS THOUGH THE LEAKS ARE YOUR FAULT. TAKE PERCAUTIONS!! NO
