don't break lease

Years at this apartment: 1995 - 1995
 
my parents lived at meadowood, back in 1995, my mother died while living there, and we had to put my father into assisted living. they were penlized for breaking there lease early. this stinks since it was beyond anyones control, they were not given there deposit back for this reason.
