THIS PLACE IS FALLING APART. WHEN I MOVED HERE THERE WERE STAINS IN THE CARPET THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN REPLACED. OUR DISHWASHER, FREEZER, AND AIR CONDITIONING DO NOT WORK BECAUSE ALL OF THE APPLIANCES ARE SO OLD. IT TAKES FOREVER BEFORE YOU CAN GET ANYONE TO COME TO YOUR APARTMENT AND FIX ANYTHING. THEY ALSO HAVE WATER SHUTOFF NOTICES EVERY OTHER WEEK.
