We have lived here for almost two years now and we have had water shut off notices practically every week. We woke up twice in a seven day period with no water. We had to scramble to find some place to shower at so we could go to work. I called the manager to complain and get compensation and she referred me to her supervisor at FPI Management in Sacramento. I left no less than a half a dozen messages for her supervisor and she didn't have the courtesy to return one of my calls. The grounds are not well kept, there are pet droppings and broken glass all over the place that never gets picked up. The laundry facilities are moldy and mildewy and if the door to the laundry facilities doesn't close properly, random people go in there and steal your clothes. We had all of our jeans stolen out of a dryer because the door was broken and would not lock. I called management about this for some compensation and no one returned my call then either and the lock to the door is still not fixed. To top it all off our neighbors are families of 4-6 living in small one bedroom apartments. As you can imagine their children are always outside playing and screaming with no adult supervision. Even with the windows closed we can still clearly hear them. We are students and when we need to study it's very difficult to concentrate with the children outside screaming. My advice, the cheap prices are not worth it. We are moving as soon as our lease is up.

I had the exact complaints you do. The people living above us had TWELVE people in the 2 bedroom apartment. It was Madness!! Not to mention they were hiding two VERY aggressive pitbulls on their balcony.
