Nice quiet apt.Grounds are nicely kept, except for the dog poop all over the place!
People do not pick it up like they are supposed to! Plenty of hot water and heat.
Takes awhile to get things fixed, took over 4 weeks for maintenance to come over.
Overall,area is safe, never had any kind of problem with my car or anything broken into.
Alot of traffic noice, busy area.
Management sometimes is nasty and does not care about your complaints, but there are problems all over like this. In general, I would recommend this community as a nice place to live.

MEADOW WOOD HAS COMPLETE RUDE NEIGHBORS WHICH IF THERE IS AN OPEN SPOT FOR PARKING. SAFF YOU AUTOMATICLLY THINK THAT YOU ARE HONORRED TO GET THE SPOT. STAFF IS RUDE AND AND THE EDUCATION OF 1ST GRADERS. NOT MENTION ANY NAMES ABOUT THE MAINTEANCE GUYS ARE TOTALLY DISCUSTING AND WONT TAKE THERE EYES OFF YOUR KIDS. MANAGERS ARE NOT THAT EQUIPED WITH HANDLING ANY SITUATION AND DO PUT THINGS OFF. I REMEMBER THE GUY THAT FIRST STARTED IN SECURTY WAS A SLEEPER. HE WOULD COME AT ODD TIMES IN THE NIGHT AND FLASH HIS LIGHTS THROUGH THE PARKING LOT, TELL ME ABOUT RUDE. THE GUY WOULD ALWAYS BE SLEEPING DOWN THE STREET AND SMOKING A NASTY-NASTY CIGAR! THESE APARTMENTS SSSTTTTTTTTINK!
