Turn your rent in on time and they file the check before marking you down' You are late. Then you pay a late fee. By money order. Then they find the check after you harass and badger them and return it to you. But you still owe the late fee.

Water is out at least once a month for 1-3 days. Windows are single pane from the 70's. AC unit barely works, looks to be original. Never got a parking space. They tell you your space is X, but that space does not exists. You inform them of this and they give you another that does not exist. I gave up after wasting 4 trips.

Maintanence is a joke. Walls not insulated. Cold and heat come right through. You can actually feel the cold come through the walls in winter. Bathroom is moldy. Shower wall has a patched hole (3'x2') in it from somebody going through it for whatever reason. The patch job looks to be one of a 3rd grader. Front door is protected by a single deadbolt, but that deadbolt is set in a WOODEN DOOR JAM! One kick and it is over. They think it is fine. Get yourself a shotgun.

They raise the rent but will not address glaring issues. Office people are a joke. Half of them seem to be functionaly retarded and cannot do simple tasks or answer simple questions.

Look elsewhere young Jedi.
