I have lived here for over two years and have had almost zero problems, except with my neighbors being a bit noisy from time to time. The staff was always friendly and maintenance was always fairly quick, coming within a day when there was an issue (the only issue I ever had was my garbage disposal breaking).

I have never had a problem with secuirty issues. I have never seen a break in, tagging, harassment or anything like that. I don't know what other people have seen, or what they are describing in their reviews. I have never had a problem with parking, as I have always had the same space and it seems there are always lots of available spaces for tennants.

The amenities are good for the price with pools, tennis courts, pool table, gym, etc. The location is great, close to the mall, lots of shopping, public transit, parks, and much more. They have free cookies and coffee in the admin building!

I had to break my lease to move out of town for work and the staff was more than kind in this regard. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good, reasonably priced, well maintained apartment in South Reno.
