| 02/08/2013 | I've been renting since Nov 2011. The pros: I've always had a prompt response if I ever needed anything fixed (air conditioner and heater). The water is super hot and never runs out. The office staff is friendly. My neighbors are cool. It's super convienent to my second home: 24 hr fitness! They have their own gym here which is fine but it's close to my personal fitness center. The cons are: The apts are dated. The sliding glass door leading out to the patio is old and aren't insulated well so I think my electric bill (heating bill) is ...
