From: newsgirl057 Date posted: 5/10/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008   I moved into these apartments because they were really cheap ($740/month for 2bd/2ba with walk in closets for each room, and they are within walking distance of the University. They're a little bit ghetto, but I love living here. My neighbors are all really nice, the entire complex is incredibly quiet despite being full of college kids. Maintenance is quick to respond to requests to fix things. Yeah, the interiors are worn, but it's an apartment, the building are old, and the rent is incredibly reasonable. The walls are kind of thin, so sometimes I can hear my neighbor playing his bongo drums. I've never had a problem finding a parking spot.
