Northtowne Summit Apartments

This place is WAAAAAY over rated From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/22/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   I agree with the last guy. This place sucks hard core. Can't wait to move. Management has changed more times than I can keep track of. The pool has been POOPED IN! The 'gangstas' from the neighborhood come up and play in the pool like it's theirs and ruin it. They get in because Northtowne neve locks the gates! The front gate is ALWAYS messed up and left open. (some security huh') Pet rent is lame. Sure they allow dogs but they charge you. I know other places do too but come on. They should charge BABY rent too while their at it! They have never followed up on the long list of damaged items. My heater has NEVER worked since I've moved here over a year ago. Smoke from our crusty neighbor comes through the walls, vents, and where ever else and stinks up the place causing us to get nauseous. Over all, I would NEVER live here and can't wait to move next month! NASTY!
