So sorry I moved into Northtowne instead of a house. I did so because I thought it would be nice to have someone else do the maintenance, but you have to have a maintenance team first. I don't think they do. Every work order I submit takes weeeeks before completed, and you always have to call several times before they respond. There have been several little things that any maint. man should be able to fix, but not them. I'm very discouraged. The office staff is nice but it doesn't make up for the frustration of things not working properly. I'll move as soon as my lease is up. Also the back gate rarely works, another frustration.
