Worst Apats I've lived in

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 1999
 
They have their own phone system in the apts (you have to pay extra if you want to use NVBell as your phone co) and we had nothing but problems with it. Theres no parking, theres not enough dumpsters (always overflowing), and management gives you the runaround whenever you complain about something.
