I have been a resident for 2 years and I have always been able to get maintenance here in a timley manner. I have seen a lot of office staff changes, but they have always been nice and helpful. There are a lot of bias complaints I have been reading because the only time someone wants to post any kind of review is because they can't pay their rent or they are extremely noisy and the management has to take care of it.
