Yes, as I have read in the reviews of Northwind, Rhonda had some downfalls. She did have a billion kids that ran around like little monkeys, but most of the time they were polite. Rhonda herself did seem like she had no idea what was going on sometimes. She neglected to mention to me a charge of $1,000! that I would be hit with when my roommates and myself left the premesis. If she had not LIED to us and told us that we didn't need to worry about ANYTHING else, we simply would have finished out our lease. Instead she produced some copy of a paper I had never seen before, that was missing one of our signatures. For some reason she couldn't produce this paper for me one day and the next *POOF* there it is! I think someone learned how to use the scanner and copy signatures!
But Rhonda aside, I loved living at Northwind. It is very clean, the apartments are beautiful inside, and the rest of the staff posed no problem at all. I would definitely liver there again if I didn't own a house now.
So ignore all of the -------s who act like an apartment complex should be shut down because of one very stupid manager. She is gone and that's all that is important.
