My move to Reno was abrupt, so I was basically forced to move into Northwind without first seeing the apartments in person. The one bedroom that I rented had a total of two windows. It was like living in a cave for 12 months. You could hear everything that was happening outside; and, I lost many nights of sleep because of the incessant noise. The noise problem was exacerbated by the fact that the bedroom is in the front of the apartments,making it possible to hear other tenants returning home from late nights, slamming car doors, and car alarms. The staff is incompetent. They do not return phone calls; they never keep office hours; and they even fabricate the truth to avoid dealing with their tenants. This especially applies to the newest manager, Kathy. I would never live here again, and I would never recommend these apartments to anyone.

completely agree, they are scum, worse than what they sealed under my bathroom floor, its nasty its yellow, the worst apartments ever
