all these people putting down Northwind are the people who complained the most, i bet. they are lame asses and want to ruin other peoples lives by putting them down. they say all the bad stuff but sure enough there were good things, i know... i live here. i have a 2 bedroom and the living room is and awesome size its bigger than i had hoped for. that a$$h%^e who talks about the deposit not getting refunded, well maybe they shouldnt have damaged anything. all these people have to do is CLEAN it! just give back how you got it. MORONS. its only common sense but these people have no respect for anything. i have worked in an apartment complex before and it just takes brians to get your deposit back. maybe... just maybe, if you didnt break things you wouldnt get charged for it.
at night time the parking is kinda bad but if you kindly ask an office member they will let you park in a space that belongs to an apartment where someone does not live. O WOW, i used my head! freaking retards! ask you shall recieve, to an extent.

the office always has pizza parties or even port o subs ALL the time in the office! free food is good food.

people who are friends with the staff, generally get better treatment. As for the deposit if you got your whole deposit back then you must have either A) lived there for more than 3 years, because you arent responsible for the whole amount of painting, or B) you are friends with the management and seeing as how they do take favorites(actually experienced it myself when the manager talked to another tenant, for 20 minutes while i stood there, and not talking about the apartments, talking about how they both need to get out more and have fun, and when the tenant actually asked if the manager should help me, the manager looked at me and told her she would take care of me when she was ready, so even though the tenant was nice, and i have never had any problem with the manager, she was just a complete B!#(H she is worthless) so seeing as they do take favorites, you were one of them, state law says the tenant is not responsible beyond normal wear and tear of paint, when you are charged 300 when you moe out ater a year and absolutely no paint was scratched, or stained, or even made dirty, that is just plain extortion. and seeing as how you are bound by the lease to pay that 300, the only way you can get out of paying htat is to actually stay for 3 or more years as the cost to the tenant goes down 25% each year you live there or youre besties with the staff
