My apartment has cockroaches. This was supposdly taken care of two months ago. I'm very dissapointed in management's failure to take care of the problem.

Well I have been a Resident here for over 3 years! And i HAVE NEVER HAD any problems. I love new manager, she works hard to get things done unlike Kathy. She has put in long hours I have seen her walking the property at night and then again in the mornings getting things going. picking up trash. helping out. I have to say she has put a lot into this community. a lot more then others.

the person who commented before me is probably someone who works there, the management is ridiculous, unless you are dying, and have proof you are dying, you cant get out of any late charges. I told them a month in advance about me having to pay some medical bills so i could actually get the surgery i needed, and when rent came around they completely acted like i never told them anything even though i turned in a letter of intent. theycost me 250 bucks because the people down there are cheap scapes, and constantly are trying to take as much out of people as possible
