Park Tower is the worst place I have ever lived, period. It's not the neighborhood but the building itself, especially the people who run it.(crooks) No heat in winter for days on end, no ac in summer, problems with hotwater, I could go on forever. They think everything can be fixed with a coat of paint,wrong! And don't even think of getting back your security deposit. Do yourself a favor and steer clesr of this dump.
