I came across this web site and was amazed by the bad review given by another person that lived in the building. I am a current tenant, having lived in the building since 2002. Its the best location in Reno, views of Wingfield Park, the Truckee River, & Downtown! Close to the best bars, clubs, resturants, casinos, and coffee houses. With downtown being revitalized, this is the place to be. I only had one noise problem in the building as all exterior walls are solid concrete (the building is as solid as a rock), my noisy neighbor was evicted by the homeowners association.

FYI, the old building manager has been repaced by the home owners association (HOA)since 90% of the units have been sold. The HOA works hard to keep tenants happy as they are tenats themselves! They have fixed the heating/AC problems due to their active management and are responsive to tenant problems. I could go on and on about how great this place is, but you'll just have to check it out for yourself if you're lucky enought to get in!
