I read some other reviews, and i can tell you that people love to lie. Ive lived here for a while now, and its a grate place to live. The Maintenance Dep. responds in a timely manner. The office staff dose everything in its power to help the residents with whatever problem that they might have. The appliances are not the newest in the world, but they are well maintained. The apartments are up to code, and were built in the late 80's. Security is just as good as anywhere elese. Sometimes things happen like cars getting broken into. This is not the fault of the appartments. Redfield Ridge also tries to take care of there "handicaped" and "mentaly Disabled Residents". The have installed Handicaped railings and ramps for resident access. Every resident gets an assigned parkingspace. But occasionaly some one will be visiting and park in your space. Thats not the fault of the managment or staff, but the other person who lives here.( who did'nt tell there visitor not to park in covered parking.) There are those who complain about vandalism to there cars, or loud noises. This could happen no matter where you go. Funny thing is they complain, but wont do anything about it, like starting a neighborhood watch.
all in all, i like living here at Redfield Ridge, and plan to live here for years to come.
