I've lived at Redfield since March of 2002. The staff isn't overly friendly but they're not unfriendly either. I live on the 2nd floor and keep to myself. My place came with a washer dryer and I haven't had problems with it. There's alot of construction on the side of the complex I live on so the noise from the new Sam's Club can be annoying and the landscapers in the morning can also be quite irksome. My car has fared just fine since I moved there and I've had no problems with parking. I have quite a few friends that live in other apt complexes and I think the parking at Redfield is better than most. They have free breakfasts on the weekend-- I haven't used most of the community aspects of the complex but they are there. The gym is small and the last time I used it some of the equipment was broken. I've never actually seen a security person but have also never had any security problems. I'm short so the cabinet height in the kitchen is slightly inconveinent and the shelves aren't very tall so alot of taller glasses or food containers can only fit in certain places. As for maintenance they seem pretty good about it, I haven't really had any problems to call in about so it hasn't applied to me. All in all I think it's a pretty easy place to live. If you want to be left alone, you can be. If you want to be part of the tenant community, they have plenty of events you can attend. I'll probably renew again when my lease comes up.
