The atmosphere here is the real attraction. A good mix of seniors, families & singles makes the environment safe & fun. Regular Saturday brunches draw a big crowd because of ample food and cheerful company. Neighbors get to know each other and look after one another. Albertsen's, Safeway, Wal-Mart, Sam's Club & Loew's are all within walking distance but our location keeps us away from traffic and road noise. My only complaints are non-centrally located office & mail area means those of us further away have a long walk to services, the second pool & hot tub are not as well kept as the one closer to management and weekday office hours are not convenient for 9to5ers.
