Tiny apartments not enough room for one person. Over priced. My vehicle was broken into, the speakers were stolen, face plate and so one. One night someone had parked in my spot, called management and they told ME to put a handwritten note on that vehcile stating it will be towed if they dont move it. I did; then they eventually moved. When I put my vehicle in reserved space they threw a USED CONDOM into the backseat of my convertible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
2 Crazy people live here and harass the tennants,pick they're nose, dance in the streets yell at people driving.
People will drink beer around there parking spot.
Lots of young stupid college aged kids screaming and partying.
Many people leave the radio on real loud.
Second story floor is thin and squeaks constantly, you can here people using the toilet!!!
One tennant came screaming around a corner and slammed into a parked vehicle, I saw it happen and reported it. The suspect continued to live here and never paid to have the $1800 dollars worth of damage fixed.
The appliances are way out dated, the Fridges are compliant to 1979 codes.
Loud archaic dishwasher.
The cabinets are 30" high and connected to the celing.
The kitchen is not efficent,hard to use.
Floors are hard, carpets ------.
Tiny patios cant fit a bistro set, no storage in the apartment for boxes.
Management is cranky, old woman seems nice but is rather un-friendly.
Sprinklers are left on all night,every night. If you leave the window open you wont get any sleep.
Floor plan does not allow for comfortable living.
Showers are dangerous to get in and out of.
Toilets are cracked, never works right.Floodes apartment once in a while.
Poor management, bad floor plan, terrible neighbors, horrible parking, non existant security,poor use of sprinklers and I could go on.
You have to put out a $400 deposit for a pooch,then $25 dollars a month extra. Christ my dog didnt even cost me $400 dollars!!!
Pass it up !!!!!!!!!!!!!
