I have been here 4 months, and I will be renewing my lease when it is up. It is safe and there is a good mix of people (seniors, singles, families). I have never had any problems with maintenance, they have always been very prompt and efficient. I like the mature trees which can be hard to find in Reno. They also put brand new carpet in my apt when I moved in and was more then accommodating. The only complaint I can make is the second hot tub is not as hot. Overall, I'm happy here and recommend it to people who are looking for a quiet place to live.
