noise but cozy

This community is located on a very quiet street not too far from Idlewild park. The managment staff was often difficult and uncooperative in dealing with tennant complaints. There are very little laundry facilities and parking. The apartments themselves have a unique old reno style and are just perfect for a newly married couple or a single college student.
