I can't wait for my lease to be up. This building is so old and maintenance is terrible. Our neighbors love playing loud music and others like to blame it on us. Me with my two kids. Other parents in this complex let their children swing from trees or play in the parking lot unattended. I don't know where they learned to parent but it wasn't good. Beside rent, they cover NO utilities. So it is around $70 more a month. I have found trash in the play area (e.i. broken glass and broken chairs), they never sweep or clean the stairways.
