Hidden among the 25 page contract is the $2,000 early departure fee. If you leave early, beware, they will hunt you down and SUE you for $2,000 plus attorney fees. Then they will garnish your wages for these fees until you have paid them an outrageous sum of money for moving away. Here is my advice, don't move here in the first place!!! p.s. here is my note to the management of Reno Vista I'm going to blog on every apartment review site so that you will lose renters and eventually either change your contract or close down HA HA look who is laughing now. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC

I have been here for YEARS.........if people are bad renters or stupid not to read their contract is not the hard working people that earn their living honestly but your own..........I am glad you that you moved, we will not want you as the person living next to me.

That response must have been written by the management...lol! Everyone wants to move from Reno Vista! Bad Renters?? Pahleeeze! These people WILL nickle and dime you to death ...they don't make repairs and their staff changes just as fast as the tenants! RUN, RUN, RUN!!
