The apartment complex is in a good neighborhood (although the street could use some fixing MAJOR POTHOLES). The complex is a quiet place with a lot of older tenents, but there really is a pretty good mix of people when it comes to age. The courtyard in the middle of the apts is amazing, and makes up for not have a pool. There is no parking for visitors, and you only get one designated space. Because one of your walls is brick the power bill tends to be a bit more than usual because you have to keep the heat on to keep it warm. They allow cats, and most people have cats there. You can see them in almost every window. If you live on a 2nd or 3rd floor they have an elevator which is nice to have (although its kinda old and creepy!)But overall I loved living here.
