I hae lived in these Riverside Apartments (now Riverview) for over three years
and thru 1/2 dozen manager changes things are even worse with Joel in command.
Mostly never on-site, difficult to get a hold of, convoluted logic at best.
My place is an 500 SQ foot everything old dump for $650.00. I was rented a horrible unit compared to others in the complex over three years ago for overpriced $650.00 site unseen by me who was severely disabled in California. I moved here to be a close friend who lived in the comlex who never got his tenant $ 100 referral fee. He thinks the mgnt here is the worst too and has left. This is by far the worst place and management I've had in over 20 years of renting at 10 different addresses If I weren't disabled I'd left years ago. Stay away unless you like wasting your time and money.

Hi Charlie, Best thing left at Riverside Apts is the great location and the free hot water and free heat...It is a shame how much nice landscaping and the trees were just butchered away... The place has been flipped twice from 2001-2005, and has had nine or 10 managers...Joel actually helped us more than a couple of the managers who lasted 2 or 3 months. We had one manager who was there one week. The place still has tons of potential but the current owner probably paid too much for it, and now with real estate off he is possibly just breaking even on the mortgage deal...
