My son and his wife and their toddler children lived here for a short time. They had no heat for three months and the apartment manager refused to remedy the situation. There were so many cockroaches it was sickening. The conditions were deployable.
The management there refused to do anything about the situation and my son called the Housing Authority and they told him to give the manager 24 hrs in writing to correct the problems and the manager refused.

This place is the most disgusting place in Reno and if you have small children it is a hazard for their health with the cockroaches and no heat.

This was a very nice place from 2001-2005...since then, the 3 huge 90' pine trees were cut down, the place has gotten overcrowded...We moved out a year ago...When we moved in, there had just been major ceiling repairs, and there were EIGHT apartments with tenants...Within a few months the place perhaps had 60 tenants///After that a management team seemed to be starting there every 2 months..While we were there the apartments had 9 managers and 3 owners...BEST Thing: a great location, near the Truckee River, the Riverwalk, and Reno High School... Bad thing:Management is allowing up to 10 people to live in one unit,,,
