While the property seems perfect on the outside, i.e. right on the river,security gate and security door, there is a lot more going on. I now there are probably some people who enjoy life here, but I've had a hard time.
The security gate and most of the security doors are usually broken. As a result, my car has been broken into twice just this past month. When I told the office, they checked the ONE security camera in the garage. It's pointed at the car belonging to the maintenance man. They said they could do nothing. There was a policeman already on the property (because a crime was recently committed) and I went to talk to him about my car. I was interrupted by another man whose vehicle had been broken into even though he had a car alarm.
During the time I've lived here I have lost over $600 in unreceived mail. The postal woman who comes here frequently delivers mail to the wrong boxes, and since she leaves all the boxes open while delivering the mail, letters and important bills get stonlen. Packages are no better, they go through the office. Six or seven pacackages "never arrived". The office says that they check ID but I've never seen them do it. Plus they let pretty much anyone into the part of the office where they keep the packages.
They've raised the price, they say to cover renovation costs. They changed the inside from white to off-white, the outside from light orange to light tan, and they've fumigated. You'd think there would be fewer cockroaches after they fumigated.
This review may sound scathing, but if you don't believe me, then ask them when you call.
