Ok so my husband and I moved into these apartments in April 2003. We moved to them because of the great deal of $500.00 to move in, we also moved because my husband the avid fisherman liked the idea that the truckee river was right behind them. So wee went to the office and dealt with a very nice gentalmen who showed us apartment 106 in building eight. We liked it and put in our application. A few days later thge same gentleman called me back and said we had been approved, he also said he had a nice unit for $600.00 a month when two days earlier th one bedrooms were $580.00. Well we moved in. It was a few months before we started noticeing the cockroaches and mice that tended to like under the sink and around my kitchen, yes they had my apartment sprayed three times but uo until the day we moved they were still there. During the summer the pool was closed more often than open. Recently a family moved up stairs, they blare music and party till 2:30am. When I complained to management they blew me off.

I would never recommend this heel hole to live in
