I have lived in Riverwood with my husband for over a year - YES they are affordable, and NO I would not recommend them. Though the apartment that we live is a "good deal" our bathtub is rusting, the bathroom door frame is rusting (I didn't even know that was possible) the caulk is peeling, there is water damage in the kitchen (both floor and under sink) and the carpet is in scary shape, even when we moved in. There is also black mold in our bathroom which was painted over by the maintence people rather than cleaned. It is anot in a very good area and the security is minimal. There is a gate, but it is usually broken and thus does not restrict access to anyone. We have had cars broken into, mailboxes broken into (multiple times) and vandalism problems. I never owned a handgun until I moved here, because I don't feel very safe living here. We are moving out this month since our lease is up. It may seem like a good deal, but don't be blinded by the low dollar sign.

Well you complain about "Maintenance issues" did you ever call in any Work Orders to fix the above mentioned that your complaining about? You know to get things fixed you've got to say something! And you shouldn't be so quick to blame others for your purchase of a firearm I think your just insecure!!!! If your scared go to church!!! ha ha
