This is the second time I have lived here with my wife. We live in a 1 bedroom deluxe it is huge. Biggest 1 bedroom I've lived in in reno/sparks area it's just shy of 800sf. and well set-up for the same price I was only able to get a 600sf apartment before. I was reading the other opinions before I wrote this they talk about how you only get a choice between ac or heater and the complex decides which, yes that is true but what they failed to mention is that you are not charged for either and both work quite well. I know from personal experience that during summer or winter you could add a $100 to your utility bills normally in any other apartments. I also enjoy the fact that these apartments are completely covered to the front door making it a safer trip to the car because there is no ice or snow outside of your front door. We also enjoy the quietness of our apartment and my wife loves to walk down by the river. I have had problems in my apartment as i would imagine that anything that is not brand new would have but when I go down to the office and speak to the friendly staff, my problem is rectified with in a couple of days. Me and my wife love our apartment and we plan to stay here for a long time.

my wife and i just moved here this past august and we have the same model of apartment and we love the place just as much.
